These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Health9.ai website and AI consultation service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The most important part — please read

Dr. Nova is artificial intelligence, not a human doctor. Every consultation is generated by an AI system. No doctor-patient relationship is created by using the Service.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions. It provides general health information and educational guidance to help you understand symptoms and prepare for professional care. The care plan PDF is not a medical prescription.
AI can be wrong. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading information. Always confirm anything important — especially before taking any medication — with a qualified healthcare professional.
In an emergency, do not use the Service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, thoughts of self-harm, or any other emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the US, 999 in the UK).
The Service is not a mental-health or therapy service and must not be used as a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is offered for personal, non-commercial use.

2. The Service

Health9.ai lets you talk with an AI health assistant over live voice and video, receive general health information in response, and optionally download or receive by email a PDF summary of your conversation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. We may impose reasonable usage limits.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide honest information during consultations — the quality of guidance depends on what you share.
Use your own judgment and seek professional care when advised, or whenever symptoms are serious, worsening or persistent.
Only request the consultation email to an address you own or control.
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or use it to generate harmful content.
Do not rely on the Service for decisions about prescription medication, dosage changes, or stopping treatment — those require a doctor.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us — consultations are not stored on our servers. How we handle your data, including your consumer health data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property, copyright & license

Ownership. Health9.ai is the sole and exclusive owner of the Service and everything that makes it up — including the website, its design and layout, all text, graphics and images, the Health9.ai name and logo, the “Dr. Nova” persona and avatar presentation, the consultation experience and flows, the software, source code, prompts and underlying technology, and the care plan format (collectively, the “Health9 Property”). Your license. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial health information needs. Your consultation summary PDF is yours to keep and use for personal purposes. No other rights are granted.

What is not allowed. Except with our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Health9 Property; use our name, logo, branding or the Dr. Nova identity; reverse-engineer or extract our software, prompts or data; or build a product or service that imitates or is substantially derived from the Service. Unauthorized use of the Health9 Property is unlawful and may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and/or unfair competition, for which we will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, in the US, UK and elsewhere.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE AI WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTH9.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, INCLUDING (FOR UK CONSUMERS) LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Health9.ai against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Health9.ai is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your country of residence (including under UK consumer law if you reside in the United Kingdom).
